Hoynck van Papendrecht and has since developed into an internally operating design and project management agency, delivering projects around the world. Hoynck BV was founded on April 1st, 1977 But to understand who we are and why we work the way we do, you need to travel back further to 1971. It was then that Paul Hoynck, an enthusiastic 22-year-old, joined an engineering company as a shipping clerk and general dogbody. He quickly established a niche, handling exhibitions for the firm’s many divisions. He quickly realised that successfully organising a large branded event is far more work than most people realise. By learning what worked, what didn’t and taking care of everything to the highest standard, he made himself almost indispensable. His colleagues simply needed to arrive on the morning of their exhibition to a perfectly arranged booth. This was the basis for what would become Hoynck BV. Upon leaving this company, Paul used his experience to establish his own business, specialising in exhibition participation, roadshows and commercial interior design. His aim? To become the company he wanted - but never found - when planning exhibitions. Although technology has changed the way we work, we deliver the same services with the same level of commitment.  ###### Here for our clients Paul’s original insight still stands - organising branded events is an enormous amount of work. We exist to design, plan and implement events in a stress-free and reliable manner and serve our clients in a way that makes us indistinguishable from their own teams. Our close collaboration with clients and suppliers ensures exceptional results, time after time. Paul stepped back from Hoynck BV in 2005, handing the reins to our current leadership team. We’ve been through the same worldwide crises as every other long-established firm, yet we’ve rebounded each time and are stronger than ever. The reason? Our commitment to supporting our clients and a dedication to flexibility, value and the highest possible quality.
