Our commitment to a greener future

Sustainability is not a buzzword for us; it's a core aspect of who we are and what we stand for. As an important part of our core values, our commitment to sustainability drives every aspect of our operations and services.

Showcasing sustainably

We are fully committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions and have pledged our agreement to the Net Zero Carbon Events initiative. This initiative, together with our ISO 14001 certification, guides our continuous improvement in sustainability.

Our goals include:

  • Achieving Net Zero carbon emissions: We will minimise our carbon footprint and support global efforts to combat climate change.
  • Continuous improvement: In line with ISO 14001 standards, we constantly evaluate and enhance our sustainability practices.
  • Innovative tools and practices: We use tools such as the CO2 calculator to measure and manage project footprints and calculate and offset our own carbon emissions.
  • Client empowerment: We help our clients make sustainable choices by providing them with eco-friendly options and alternatives.

    Materials

    Sustainable Wood
    • FSC-Certified wood: Wood certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) ensures responsible forest management and provides a sustainable option for construction and finishes.
    • Reclaimed wood: Using reclaimed or salvaged wood reduces the demand for new timber and can add a one-of-a-kind look to your designs.
  • Sustainable practices

    Materials

    Eco-Friendly Composites
    • Mycelium: This is a natural, biodegradable composite originating from mushrooms! It can be moulded into various shapes and is a realistic alternative to traditional plastics.
    • Biocomposites: These materials are made from resins and natural fibres such as flax, hemp, or jute. They offer a sustainable alternative for structural and decorative components.
  • Sustainable practices

    Materials

    Natural Fabrics and Textiles
    • Organic cotton: Grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, organic cotton is a sustainable choice for banners, drapes, and upholstery.
    • Linen: A durable, biodegradable fabric that requires less water and fewer pesticides than cotton.
  • Sustainable practices

    Materials

    Low-VOC Paints and Finishes
    • Water-based paints: These paints have low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), reducing harmful emissions during application and drying.
    • Natural finishes: Finishes made from natural oils and waxes are safer for the environment and human health compared to traditional chemical-based products.
  • Sustainable practices

    Materials

    Eco-Friendly Flooring
    • Recycled carpet: Made from post-consumer recycled materials to reduce waste and the need for virgin materials.
    • Natural linoleum: Made with natural materials such as linseed oil and wood flour, making it biodegradable and durable.
  • Sustainable practices

    Materials

    Sustainable Glass
    • Recycled glass: By using recycled glass in displays and fixtures, we can reduce the demand for new raw materials and lowers energy consumption in production.
  • Sustainable practices

    Materials

    Green Insulation
    • Cellulose insulation: This is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional insulation materials and is made from recycled paper.
    • Wool: A natural, renewable, and biodegradable material providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
