An impressive two-story outdoor pavilion covering over 750 square meters, new solutions that made their debut for the first time, interesting talks, new insights – you name it! FORVIA recently showcased its cutting-edge technologies at CES® 2024: the world’s most powerful tech event in Las Vegas. With more than 138,000 visitors and over 4,000 exhibitors attending the venue, CES serves as the proving ground where breakthrough technologies, global innovators, and the industry’s sharpest minds come together annually. Dedicated to ensuring a lasting impression, Team Hoynck supported the seventh-largest global automotive supplier in unveiling their sustainable and innovative technologies to the world.
Defining the future of mobility
With over a century’s worth of history, FORVIA came into existence in 2022 when two automotive technology leaders came together: Faurecia and HELLA. As these two powerful brands share performance-driven cultures and similar visions on sustainability, the combination provides good ground for facing current challenges in the automotive industry, including Safe & Automated driving, Electrification & Energy management, and Sustainable & Digital cockpit experiences. Guided by their mission to pioneer sustainable technology for mobility experiences that matter to people, this message is directly reflected in all forms of outputs and communication.
According to Petra van der Waard, Marketing Communications & Events Director at FORVIA, the integration of their core principles was an essential part of the brief they shared with Team Hoynck. ‘’During the tendering process one year ago, Team Hoynck translated our key message into a unique booth concept. Their proposal corresponds to all that we wished to express with the FORVIA brand’’.
The creation of an impactful design
When preparing the design concept, it was essential to consider FORVIA’s main objectives of creating market-leading technologies and products. As a result, Petra mentioned how ‘’Team Hoynck supported us in creating a unique booth with a well-thought-out customer visiting experience – from the inside to the outside. This allowed us to connect with our clients in the best way possible’’.
Set to frame everything through the lens of sustainability, FORVIA aims to achieve a sustainable design, look, and feel at every fair they attend. At CES 2024, they consciously opted for a booth design incorporating natural and recyclable materials, reusable and rented structures, and rented furniture. ‘’As part of our branding, we have also been using round elements in our design. It represents the shape of the F of FORVIA and stands for our technologies that are made for people. Team Hoynck did an excellent job in helping us achieve this by offering a design that embodies our objectives perfectly’’, says Petra.
Ready to go that extra mile
Petra accentuates her appreciation of the team’s willingness to always go a step beyond. From the moment the brief is received to working out booth concepts and details, Petra mentions that ‘’taking a step beyond is often exactly what FORVIA needs. Team Hoynck always proposed to have fruitful discussions, brainstorming sessions, or attend workshops together. They are more than willing to go that extra mile for us’’. For Petra and her team, that is how the development of an authentic and genuine partnership strengthens.
During the CES 2024 edition, Team Hoynck aimed to serve as their client’s right hand and be the extension of their work – from the creation of impactful design concepts to the execution on site. ‘’That is why my team and I grant them these projects. We entrust them as a partner. They provide flexibility and the quality one is looking for. Team Hoynck takes charge of the entire coordination at the event. They are a lean and efficient, yet compact team – exactly what we need’’, says Petra.
”Team Hoynck did an excellent job in helping us achieve this by offering a design that embodies our objectives perfectly.”Petra van der Waard Marketing Communications & Events Director
